From 1st to 3rd July 2011 over 50 Cadets from 295 (Witham & Rivenhall) Sqn, 158 (Braintree & District) Sqn and 494 (Stansted Airport) Sqn attended Exercise Joint Endeavour II at Carver Barracks near Saffron Walden in Essex.

The Cadets were split into three training groups:

Basic Adventure Training Camp:z Activities included:

Obstacle Course Training, Shooting, Command Tasks, Teambuilding, Field Cooking & Hygiene, Campcraft Skills, Basic Fieldcraft

Fieldcraft Training Camp:

Lessons from the Air Cadets Fieldcraft Manual and practice exercises

Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Expedition: A practice expedition around the Wimbish / Saffron Walden Area.
